Products & Orders

Are your products authentic? All items are sourced from official/authorized channels with quality guaranteed.

How to check product details/size chart? On the product page, scroll down to view descriptions, specifications, size charts, and real photos.

How to add to cart/buy now? Select options → Add to Cart / Buy Now → Proceed to checkout.

How to cancel an unpaid order? Go to "My Orders" → Find the order → Click "Cancel Order".

Can I change the shipping address? Address can be modified before shipment; no changes allowed after delivery.
Payment

What payment methods are accepted? We support Credit Card, PayPal, and local payment methods (displayed based on your region).

Payment successful but order not showing? There may be a delay. Refresh after 5–10 minutes; if still abnormal, contact us with order number/payment screenshot.

What if I get charged twice? The system will automatically verify. Duplicate payments will be refunded within 1–3 business days.

How to get an invoice? After payment, you can apply for an electronic invoice on the order page or contact customer service.
Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? Regular orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (weekends/holidays excluded).

How to track my order? Go to "My Orders" → View tracking number and link.

Do you ship worldwide? We deliver to most countries/regions; some remote areas may be unavailable.

Why is my tracking not updating? International shipping may delay updates for 3–7 days. Contact us if overdue.

Package marked delivered but not received? Check your mailbox, courier locker, or neighbors first. Contact us if not found within 24 hours.
Taxes & Duties

Will I pay customs duties? Import duties/VAT may apply according to your country’s customs policy.

Who pays customs duties? Duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not collect, prepay, or compensate for duties.
Returns & After-Sales

Do you accept returns/exchanges? We accept returns/exchanges within X days of delivery (unused/unopened/resalable).

What items cannot be returned? Intimate apparel, customized products, used/damaged items, overdue requests, etc.

How to request a return/exchange? My Orders → Apply for After-Sales → Select reason → Submit for review.

How long for a refund? After approval, refunds are processed within 3–15 business days (depending on payment method).

Received damaged/missing/wrong items? Contact us within 24 hours with: order number + package photos + item issue photos.
Discounts & Promotions

How to use coupons? Enter coupon code at checkout → Discount applied automatically.

Can coupons be combined? Usually one coupon per order, subject to promotion rules.

Will coupons be refunded if I cancel? Unused coupons will be returned with original validity.
